Senior Technologist
for our plants in
St. Louis, Missouri . Are you a professional technologist eager to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment? Join us to elevate your career! What will you do? Serve as a technical reference point for Technologists and support the Technical Manager in managing priorities, resolving bottlenecks, and addressing critical issues. Set product recipes ensuring compliance with regulations and PLC parameters, make mechanical and electronic adjustments, and control production variables to meet product specifications. Investigate and troubleshoot quality issues proactively. Train and support production staff to resolve minor technical problems affecting bottle quality. Perform electromechanical installation and setup of machines and equipment (compressors, air conditioning, driers, leak tests, cameras, palletizers, etc.). Fabricate mechanical or other parts to resolve production or technical issues and improve machine performance. Support the Technical Manager in improvement projects related to machines, equipment, molds, and processes.
What are we looking for?
Excellent knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM). Applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and electronic systems. Proficiency with measuring instruments and techniques. Understanding of WCM standards. Minimum 5 years experience with industry-specific technologies and processes.
