The Company is seeking an Executive Director for WW Medical Oncology, Head of Strategy and Operations. This pivotal role is focused on the planning and execution of activities within the Oncology WW Medical Affairs Department, with a strong emphasis on brand and medical planning, budget and workforce planning, and the execution of special projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that partners with colleagues in WW Medical Affairs and other functions to ensure the business operations and execution of the oncology portfolio are in line with the company's rigorous strategy and execution standards. Key responsibilities include designing and executing global medical strategies, overseeing business process management, and managing budget and resource allocation. The role also involves leading a high-performing team, coordinating portfolio planning, and driving process improvements to enhance performance and reduce complexity.
