Position Overview
As a Sr Director Business Development- Sine at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our Sine business through strategic partnerships and new market opportunities. You will play a key role in identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities, developing and executing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise in business development and market analysis will be instrumental in driving the success of our organization. You will report directly to our VPGM, Software and Services, and work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the growth and success of our organization. Your responsibilities include identifying and evaluating new market opportunities, conducting market research and analysis, developing strategic plans, and building relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers. Your ability to negotiate, close deals, and execute growth strategies will be critical.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Strong business acumen and market knowledge
Ability to work independently and drive results

Experience in the technology industry or a related field

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential business partnerships
Develop and execute growth strategies to drive business expansion
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Negotiate and close business deals to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of growth strategies
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business development
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
Build collaborative partnerships with Regional VPs, aligning teams in focused verticals and target accounts
Identify opportunities to streamline lead generation, qualification, and handoff processes to ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Customer Success, and Offering Management
Provide regular performance updates and reports to leadership, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Work closely with the VPGM, Global Software and Services to ensure alignment and integration of business development efforts with overall GTM objectives
Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other members of the Commercial team to facilitate communication and collaboration
Foster and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, the sales function, marketing teams, and industry influencers, ensuring alignment and sharing insights.
