Customer Support Representative

to assist customers with technical support, product guidance, and general inquiries. You’ll play a key role in delivering a top-tier customer experience—helping users get the most out of their tools and equipment. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide support via inbound/outbound calls and emails Troubleshoot technical issues and provide product usage guidance Assist with product registration, replacement parts, and occasional up-selling Accurately log customer interactions in our system Follow up promptly on voicemails and messages Participate in internal and third-party training sessions 3+ years

of customer service experience Strong

communication skills

and a professional demeanor A helpful, solution-focused mindset Bilingual in Spanish or French
