9715 N Virginia St. Reno, NV 89506 Pay:
$55,500 - $75,900 depending on experience. Shift:
Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Hours may change based on business needs. Responsibilities: Manage, staff, and schedule a team of Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers to ensure quality and safety standards. Monitor employee progress, provide feedback, and address performance issues. Conduct pre-sort meetings, communicate goals, and maintain open communication. Record and manage volume flow from designated Linehauls. Perform administrative duties including safety training and operational audits.
