About the Roles: We are hiring for both mid and senior level roles across three Engineering teams. The level and compensation will be determined based on experience and interview performance. Customer Acquisition Team We are seeking Engineers at Do you thrive on working across the full stack from DB models to the screens customers interact with? This may be the role for you! We are seeking a full-stack software engineer who will collaborate closely with product and design to define requirements, drive iterative development, lead refactoring efforts to reduce technical debt and mentor teammates to build collective knowledge and capabilities. The Customer Acquisition team builds our borrower refi application UX and API for partner integrations, working in React/TypeScript/Node.js and Ruby on Rails monolith. We are embarking on a migration from React to Hotwire Stimulus in Rails. Our approach focuses on continuous improvement by learning the customers' needs and reducing friction. Loan Origination & Lending Partner Enablement Teams Do you enjoy building and improving a product from end to end? We're looking for Full-Stack Software Engineers to join our Loan Origination and Lending Partner Enablement teams. You'll work closely with product and design to deliver solutions that streamline back-office processes and develop new lending-specific products for our partners. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about owning the entire development lifecycle, from database models to the customer-facing user experience. You'll be a key player in reducing technical debt, mentoring teammates, and driving iterative development on our Ruby on Rails monolith.
