industry‑agnostic approach

and specializes in

special situations, opportunistic, and complex transactions

across the middle market. Key Highlights: Lead deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio value creation across diverse sectors Focus on event‑driven, complex, and under‑capitalized opportunities where creativity and speed drive returns Collaborate directly with senior leadership on high‑impact transactions High visibility role with a lean, entrepreneurial team structure Ideal Candidate: 6–10+ years of experience in private equity, preferably with exposure to

special situations, opportunistic, or distressed‑for‑control investing Proven track record in leading transactions from origination through execution Strong financial acumen, operational insight, and creative problem‑solving skills Seniority level
