As a Lead Architect at JPMorgan Chase, you play a vital role in a team dedicated to creating top-notch architecture solutions for diverse software applications utilizing modern cloud-based technologies. Your core technical contributions involve delivering essential architecture solutions, including data architecture, across multiple technical domains within Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Global Client Onboarding to support project objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the data architecture framework, standards, and principles for Asset & Wealth Management (AWM), ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Collaborate with business leaders to define and execute the data strategy, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance. Design and implement data integration solutions to consolidate data from various sources, ensuring seamless data flow across systems. Evaluate and recommend data management technologies and tools that enhance data capabilities and support business needs. Work closely with IT, business units, and external partners to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices into the data architecture. Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to ensure effective use and understanding of the data architecture.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Architecture, Data management, or related roles within the financial services industry. AWS Cloud experience in building solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
