Starting Compensation: $110,000-$115,000

Responsibilities
Collaborate on operational plans to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
Lead associates to meet service and satisfaction goals through positive guest experiences.
Utilize brand tools creatively to meet guest expectations.
Ensure preventive maintenance of the property, including mechanical and IT systems.
Manage loss prevention and risk policies to protect assets and ensure safety.
Engage with associates to improve hotel culture and uphold Atrium’s core values.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a General Manager, or 2+ years managing 2+ hotels.
Previous experience with a major branded hotel, understanding brand standards and initiatives.
Extensive Rooms and/or F&B experience.
Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, cloud apps, and hotel property management systems.
Willingness to relocate for new opportunities.
