This Series A company ($11 million funding), backed by Techstars, Alumni Ventures, Struck Capital, Social Leverage, and Javelin Venture Partners, is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to sell $30k to $100k+ ACV deals to B2B clients across various industries, including software, cybersecurity, and financial services. The role is based in their San Francisco office and offers a hybrid work model. Solution Our client is innovating online engagement with a platform for interactive live events and webinars, enabling businesses to host virtual events with features like live chat, polls, Q&A, and analytics, integrated seamlessly with their branding. Role * Individual contributor reporting to the CEO, based in San Francisco. * $110k base, $220k OTE, uncapped commissions, equity, full medical coverage, and 401(k). * Requires 3+ years selling Marketing Tech solutions. * Currently inbound leads; expected to deliver 20+ demos/month. * Targeting Heads of Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and similar roles. * Success requires managing a large pipeline, being proactive, gritty, and passionate about sales. * This is an expansion hire to support a thriving team. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will build relationships and demonstrate our webinar platform’s value, contributing to our growth and product development from our San Francisco office. Responsibilities Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Prospect into CMOs, Marketing Directors, and similar roles. Navigate organizations to build pipelines, stakeholders, and close deals with senior decision-makers. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to generate pipeline and revenue. Showcase the value of our technology to technical and non-technical audiences. Work closely with product, tech, design, and leadership teams to meet customer needs. Understand and communicate our product roadmap to clients. Requirements 3+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales. Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with high-value deals. Strong pipeline development skills in prospecting and qualifying. Comfortable managing end-to-end sales processes and forecasting. Proficient with modern sales tools (CRM, engagement platforms, prospecting tools). Excellent verbal and written communication. Entrepreneurial, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity. Open to feedback and continuous improvement. Salary & Benefits OTE: $200k-$220k+ with uncapped commissions.
