What You Will Be Doing
Initiating and overseeing Meta ad campaigns aimed at U.S. parents with defined CAC targets Conducting rapid, targeted funnel experiments to enhance conversion rates at critical drop-off points Leveraging internal AI tools to launch lead magnets, landing pages, and diverse ad variants Adjusting campaign budgets based on performance metrics and ROI Making weekly strategic decisions that directly influence subscriber growth

Relying on creative, engineering, or analytics teams for execution Crafting brand campaigns or developing long-term growth strategies Delegating tasks to agencies or managing teams Spending extensive time on stakeholder reports or presentations Expecting long-term employment—this is a short-term, high-impact contract role
Growth Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities
Accelerate paid subscriber growth by meeting or exceeding CAC targets through proactive campaign management, strategic content deployment, and budget optimization.
Basic Requirements
Demonstrated success in lowering CAC by at least 20% through direct Meta Ads campaign management Experience managing Meta budgets ranging from $5K–15K/month in a direct-to-consumer or subscription setting Proficient in conducting 5+ A/B tests using platforms like Mixpanel, Optimizely, or native tools Skilled in utilizing self-serve analytics to drive growth strategies Experienced with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or proprietary systems) for content deployment Background in marketing a U.S.-based direct-to-consumer product, with campaigns targeting parents or family decision-makers Adept at working autonomously without a support team Willingness to engage in a short-term contract with specific performance goals; exceptional results may lead to extended or long-term roles

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
