ACCOUNTANT Excellent opportunity to join a well-established dynamic company with over $10Bil in asset under management. This company offers amazing benefits (fully paid health benefits, 30 days PTO, 200% 401k match), work/life balance and excellent company culture. Position will be handling a mix of AP and General Ledger Accounting functions. Responsibilities: -Full cycle AP processing, Bill Pay, process expense reports -Reconcile vendor payments, identifying discrepancies, resolving vendor payment issues -Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger -Responsible for month-end close and year-end audit -Perform bank recon, review monthly financials including P&L, balance sheet, and general ledger -Assist in accounting system implementation -Review and process expense reports using Concur -Participate in annual audit including preparation of audit schedules, analyses, and support -Review general ledger and perform monthly budget to variance analysis -Participate in annual Budget and Forecast planning and financial reports Requirements: -Minimum 4+ years of progressive accounting experience -Experience with AP and GL/Month-end close -Sage Intacct, Concur, Excel system highly prefer -Excellent written and verbal communication skills Seniority level
