Work closely with senior attorneys in preparing and managing discovery, drafting motions, and conducting legal research. Assist in developing legal strategies, drafting legal briefs, and participating in courtroom appearances. Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships. Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings in both state and federal courts. Stay updated on legal developments in commercial litigation. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of complex commercial litigation experience. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative in individual tasks. Proven experience handling complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Education: J.D. from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admitted to the Washington, DC Bar, or eligibility to become admitted. Skills: Proficiency in legal research tools and databases. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to draft legal documents with precision and clarity. Strong negotiation and client management skills.
