Admissions Liaison

who is resident and family focused, a team builder, and enthusiastic about contributing to our culture. The candidate will serve the Southern part of the SE Region, including Pompano and Harbor Beach. Benefits

Manage facility census through physician outreach, sales calls, and networking with community organizations and hospitals to generate referrals and admissions. Coordinate admissions with appropriate staff. Meet census goals and budget projections via on-site visits to hospitals and physician practices for referral conversions. Build relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and educate referral sources about our services. Develop sales strategies to maximize admissions and grow market share in designated areas. Stay informed about regulations related to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance reimbursements. Participate in industry trade shows and business development activities as assigned. Screen potential patients for admission, assess care needs, equipment, and insurance coverage, ensuring timely clinical acceptance. Implement innovative ideas to improve systems and achieve superior results. Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree required; nursing degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years' healthcare business development experience. Managed care and insurance experience preferred. Experience with public and commercial payers is a plus. Must be qualified, compassionate, and committed to high-quality work. About The Company
