Hannon Hill is looking for a Marketing Specialist!
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be
primarily responsible for executing the marketing strategy and lead generation
for higher education's #1 commercial content management system. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership teams to provide
insights, analytics, and project execution to drive inbound leads, brand awareness, and lead conversion strategies . This role's primary responsibility will be providing support and execution on lead generation, demand generation, and lead nurture activities, resulting in inbound leads, MQL conversions and SQL/demos booked. An ideal candidate is a strong communicator, has a strong command of basic marketing and go-to-market skills and concepts, and understands the buyer journey from start to finish. Applicants should be data-minded and able to distill and communicate marketing performance effectively. What You Need: BA/BS/MS degree in marketing, communications, or other related field is desired 2-4 years of B2B of lead generation/demand generation experience Proven experience creating quality, thoughtful, creative, and engaging content Proven experience in providing easy-to-understand reports and analytics on marketing performance Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and other MarTech Working knowledge of Google Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and products Aptitude and passion for technology, software products, and web trends Strong interpersonal skills What You’ll Do: Execute, optimize, and measure lead generation and marketing initiatives with direction from Marketing and Sales leadership to drive a higher volume of inbound leads Develop processes, content, tracking and systems to nurture leads into MQLs Manage sales enablement and support sales reps by developing processes to qualify and hand-off MQL to Sales reps Provide content support as needed through writing blogs, assets, articles, emails, etc based on the overall marketing strategy Manage marketing automation campaigns, marketing technology stack, database health, list segmentation Evaluate and report on the impact of marketing programs in achieving objectives, including impact on volume of demo requests and sales bookings through weekly reporting on progress and performance of digital marketing activities Maintain a regular content calendar by ensuring we have content posted and published in the right timeline, and provide community engagement through comments across Hannon Hill channels Help coordinate and increase attendance to Hannon Hill’s annual Cascade CMS User Conference via email promotion, direct mail, tele-campaigns, and other event recruitment activities Represent the company at industry-specific conferences and events Who We Are: We’re a passionate team of hardworking people who enjoy what we do.
