Position Summary The Boutique Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operations of the store. This role oversees a team of stylists and key holders, drives sales, ensures exceptional customer experiences, and maintains high visual and operational standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail, a natural team leader, and thrives in a hands-on, customer-first environment. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor team members Foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive store culture Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback Communicate with all aspects of the business Managers are responsible for all store shifts One manager on per a shift Achieve and exceed sales goals Cultivate client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and service Manage client outreach, events, and loyalty programs Resolve customer issues with professionalism and warmth Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards Manage stock levels, reorders, and restocks Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security guidelines Maintain an organized operation Qualifications 2+ years retail management or leadership experience, preferably in boutique or specialty retail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to lead, motivate, and build a high-performing team Excellent organization, time management, communication and problem-solving abilities Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and providing memorable customer experiences Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Organizational skills Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and creative work environment Team incentives and goal-based rewards The Cue’s job description is designed to be a guideline not to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required for the employee.
