Technology Program Manager

Technology Program Manager for Equifax Inc. in Alpharetta, GA, to ensure the Business is driving (designing scope, prioritizing work, allowing improvements). Interacting with the Business to assure the right work is being done at the right time to achieve the Business Value objective; this includes: prioritization, sequencing, decomposition, addressing impediments and cross-impacts. Perform requirements gathering and analysis for preparing high-level design and prototype. Prepare Technical/Business documentation. Design and develop applications using frontend and backend technologies. Conduct code review and provide guidance to the team. Collaborated with Architects, SREs and other technical leaders on strategic technical direction and best practices. Envisioning and adapting latest technologies to enhance the applications better. Active participation in cloud migration considering infrastructure configuration, feature parity and cost. Implementing and maintaining application area artifacts that support needs such as scheduling, risk, roles, resource estimation, procurement, communication, change management, and issue management. Collaborate with other teams to implement cross functional features. Ensure application is adhere to security compliance. Analyze security tools like SentinelOne, Wiz, C3M and fix the vulnerabilities. Review Fortify on Demand, PEN test results, Internal Security dashboards and proceed with recommendations. Monitor application health, logs, stability and resolve issues if they exist. Modify production data as needed to resolve issues or fulfill requests. Manage and coordinate onsite offshore teams and ensure collaboration between teams. Estimate and plan on future enhancements. Requires: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus six (6) years of experience as a Technology Program Manager or related occupation with experience in enterprise and IT process implementation, and client services or, alternatively, a Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and four (4) years of experience as a Technology Program Manager or related occupation with experience in enterprise and IT process implementation, and client services. Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): At least four of the following: Java, Angular, DevOps, GCP, Splunk, Looker Studio, Datastore, Kubernetes, Hashicorp, IAM, Apigee, Splunk, or DataStudio; at least three of the following: .Net, Typescript, C#, vb.net, CI/CD, MS SQL, or Oracle; leading system integration and digital migration projects; and Micro service architecture, implementation, and security, and Database query optimization. Must possess (certifications): GCP, Azure, or AWS certification; Professional Scrum Master I; and SAFe 5 Agilist.
