Cyber Support Developer, Senior
We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Cyber Support Developer, Senior on a long term contract providing Cyber Security services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to provide security services and capabilities necessary to ensure IT services provided to the IC customer workforce are secure. This includes Identity and Access Control Infrastructure Operations, Cross Domain Infrastructure Operations, Cyber Security Infrastructure Operations, Cyber Security Operations, Information Technology (IT) Audit Infrastructure, and Security Infrastructure Operations. The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally. General Duties: Develops ServiceNow solutions and enhancements using core platform capabilities. Develops the applications including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable. Identifies and implements best-practice solutions to address client requirements. Performs custom development and 3rd party integrations. Performs unit-testing and resolves code defects. Migrates code changes to the production environment. Assists with technical design and documentation. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent. 5+ years of software development experience. 2+ years of experience working on a large and complex software development project. Experience with developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows. Experience with at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, or JavaScript). Desired Qualifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA). Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
