They are seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to lead analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of SharePoint solutions for government clients. Responsibilities: Work closely with project managers and client POCs to identify requirements; design, develop, and implement SharePoint changes to enhance user navigation and site functionality. Support SharePoint administration, management, and enhancements, including user access, site development, troubleshooting, and usage monitoring. Lead the team in designing, testing, deploying, and documenting SharePoint/Web solutions, utilizing both customized and out-of-the-box features like web parts, templates, and master pages. Analyze and resolve performance, data, software, server, and usage issues using project management and consulting skills. Collaborate with client POCs to automate workflows, improve processes, and ensure proper implementation of changes meeting security and functional needs. Create sites, templates, workflows, lists, and libraries to support initiatives. Develop and deliver training, tutorials, and communications to support clients on SharePoint functionalities and best practices. Qualifications: Required: U.S. Citizenship Eligible for Government Security Clearance Minimum 6 years of SharePoint design and development experience Experience overseeing migrations from SharePoint 2010 Expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Experience gathering requirements and client interaction Knowledge of web application security standards Advanced skills in user-centric software design, usability focus Proficiency with SharePoint Designer, PowerApps, Power BI, Microsoft Flow Preferred: SQL Server 2008/2012, SQL Reporting Services Experience with Visual Studio or related IDEs, Team Foundation Server Experience creating third-party authentication for external portals Capgemini, founded in 1967 and headquartered in Paris, is a publicly traded company with over 10,000 employees, providing consulting, technology, and digital transformation services.
