As a Client Partner at Pinterest, you will act as a strategic visionary, building trusted relationships with top-tier clients through your expertise in full-funnel sales. You will independently manage assigned accounts, promoting Pinterest products effectively. Your key responsibilities include achieving performance targets, developing new business, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and resolving customer issues. By guiding clients' efforts, you'll drive value for millions of Pinners seeking inspiration, forming strategic alliances internally and externally. Success depends on your ability to generate revenue growth and lead long-term client success in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

What you'll do:

Strategic Vision and Partnership Building Develop and implement full-funnel sales strategies covering awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention for top-tier clients to achieve measurable results. Build and maintain strong relationships with client and agency stakeholders, including C-suite, Investment, Strategy, and Activation teams, through educational summits, strategy sessions, and QBRs. Create and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth on Pinterest, securing buy-in from stakeholders and driving accountability. Focus on year-over-year growth and annual deal negotiations. Demonstrate executive presence and leadership by understanding clients' business contexts, macro trends, goals, KPIs, and opportunities to think critically and challenge the status quo.

Product Expertise and Market Influence Serve as a product expert, guiding clients on Pinterest's ad offerings and digital ecosystem, staying updated on industry trends to meet partner needs. Develop tailored media strategies using industry insights to meet business objectives, promoting adoption of Pinterest's performance media solutions like search, shopping, and feed-based ads.

Internal and External Collaboration Lead negotiations and develop joint business plans to align with partner goals, mobilizing cross-functional teams to address complex challenges. Drive business growth by analyzing partner objectives, providing data-driven insights, and crafting compelling narratives for successful media strategies.

Champion Pinterest's Value Showcase Pinterest's value through impactful ad metrics and position Pinterest as a key part of advertisers' media mix. Identify and communicate opportunities for growth, working closely with clients to expand partnerships.

What we are looking for: Ad Tech and Digital Advertising Expertise:

Deep knowledge of full-funnel advertising solutions, including media and measurement for brand, consideration, and conversion. Expertise in search, shopping, display, and social is a plus. Strong Consultative and Negotiation Skills:

Proven ability to develop long-term partnerships and negotiate high-value agreements effectively. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to leverage insights and trends to generate actionable strategies that drive revenue growth. Goal and Result-Oriented Approach:

Consistently meet revenue targets while balancing short-term and long-term objectives, ensuring sustainable success. Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills:

Thrive in fast-paced environments, maintaining operational excellence and fostering teamwork. Bachelor's degree in digital media, SaaS sales, or equivalent experience. In-Office Requirement: Role involves in-person collaboration once a week and requires proximity to our offices in Chicago, NY, San Francisco, or Los Angeles.
