Principal Software Engineer (Integration and Test) - Azure Data Processing Unit
Microsoft Silicon, Cloud Hardware, and Infrastructure Engineering (SCHIE) is responsible for powering Microsoft's expanding Cloud Infrastructure, supporting over 200 online services including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure. Our team focuses on delivering high-efficiency, trusted infrastructure solutions globally. The DPU team within Azure Hardware Systems & Infrastructure combines advanced software and hardware expertise to develop high-performance, programmable chips capable of handling large data volumes efficiently. This role involves testing control and data plane software on custom silicon across various platforms for storage and networking. Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership to define testing scope and create quality plans for DPU-based compute products. Manage project schedules collaboratively with stakeholders. Lead testing efforts, oversee execution, and ensure quality standards are met. Contribute technically through programming, scripting, and debugging.
