Jobright.ai Cascade Space is a space communications infrastructure startup focused on advancing space exploration and human permanence in the solar system. The Full Stack Software Engineer will be responsible for the Cascade Portal, a web-based tool for communication system analysis, ensuring its reliability and performance for high-stakes missions. Responsibilities: • Own the front end for our communication system design software • Work with the rest of the team to design and specify the backend API • Contribute to our open source spacelink repo as necessary • Define best practices, workflows, CI/CD pipelines Qualifications: Required: • 2+ years of industry experience • Strong cultural alignment with our mission, work ethic, and respect‑first values. • U.S. Person requirement: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident (green‑card holder), or an individual who has been granted asylum or refugee status. Preferred: • Math, science, or engineering background. • Back‑end experience with FastAPI or Flask. • Familiarity with cloud‑native architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure. Company: Cut through the noise with our software stack and ground station network. Iterate faster, test efficiently, launch with confidence.
