Quantitative Developer – Trading Systems

Design and optimize high-throughput trading systems for securities, futures, and other financial derivatives across global markets, including trading, monitoring, and risk control. Develop and maintain low-latency systems on Linux, focusing on network programming, inter-process communication (IPC), and high-performance computing. Build proprietary monitoring platforms and applications to support live trading, research workflows, and complex operational requirements. Investigate market microstructure characteristics, enhance market data systems, and develop related operational tools. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience, including designing and developing sophisticated quantitative systems. Project management experience is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in C/C++ or Python, with a solid theoretical foundation. Expertise in high-concurrency and multi-threaded programming on Linux. Specialized Experience: Experience in building trading systems for global markets, with the ability to collaborate across departments and time zones. Excellent interdisciplinary learning and communication skills. Soft Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated teamwork spirit, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a clear understanding of business value. Additional Preferred Skills Familiarity with financial market structures and derivative trading workflows, as well as system architecture best practices. Hands-on experience in automated trading or developing algorithmic trading platforms. Proficiency with TCP/UDP protocols and network performance tuning. Seniority level
