We are seeking a Lead Product Manager - MarTech who will act as the critical link bridging the Marketing (Customer Engagement, CE) and Tech & Digital organization. This role is foundational to aligning the strategic priorities of the organization with innovative marketing technology solutions that propel success. As the go-to in MarTech in Tech & Digital, you’ll own the strategic planning, governance, and execution of a comprehensive roadmap. You will play a pivotal role in fostering seamless integrations, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and building strong partnerships. As a key leader, you will translate the needs of the Marketing organization into actionable technology solutions in strong collaboration with CE to drive growth goals. With a deep understanding of the DX MarTech ecosystems and an eye on scaling for the future, this role requires strategic vision and an unwavering commitment to ensuring CE’s needs are met or exceeded. You Will: Develop and Own the Strategic Roadmap: Lead the development of the DX MarTech roadmap by aligning marketing objectives with technology delivery. In partnership with CE and Tech & Digital, you will prioritize initiatives, considering scalability, customer experience impact, and organizational goals.

Act as the Liaison Across Teams: Serve as the bridge between CE and Tech & Digital, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on goals, timelines, and priorities. Build and maintain strong relationships to foster trust and collaboration.

Drive Collaborative Culture: Build a structure of transparency, ownership, and responsibility for the MarTech landscape, ensuring collective success through shared goals and milestones.

Champion Marketing Goals: On behalf of CE advocate, for their goals inside of Tech & Digital, including the seamless use of data and tools that enable marketing to drive omni-channel Guest experiences at scale.

Foster End-to-End Integration: Ensure seamless integrations across MarTech tools (e.g., CDPs, CRMs, automation platforms, analytics systems) to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and enhanced cooperation between tools.

Oversee Change Management: Partner with stakeholders during the rollout of new or enhanced technologies to ensure proper adoption and operational integration. Establish consistent communication and training.

Translate Marketing Needs into Scalable Tech Solutions: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and craft innovative solutions that meet the marketing needs of today, and anticipate the demands of tomorrow.

You Have: 7+ years of experience with product management in the MarTech space. Strong understanding of platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, or comparable tools within the ecosystem.

Strategic Leadership Experience:

Proven ability to develop, implement, and own roadmaps that balance marketing objectives, user needs, and technical constraints. Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders to set priorities for maximum impact.

Integration and Systems Thinking:

Demonstrated understanding of how interconnected systems and platforms work together. Ability to optimize complex MarTech stacks, including data layers, tag managers, automation tools, CRMs, CDPs, and APIs.

Data-Driven Mindset:

Strong command of metrics, KPIs, and analytics platforms. Proven history of using data to justify decisions and track the success of roadmap initiatives.

Exceptional Relationship Management Ability:

Deep experience building bridges between diverse stakeholders, aligning their individual objectives to achieve a shared vision. You’re a clear communicator and confident in managing competing priorities.

Agility in Technology Adoption:

An ability to quickly assess and implement new, emerging technologies to stay ahead of competitive trends and market needs.

Technical Fluency:

Ability to communicate effectively about technical concepts across various stakeholders, including engineering teams, marketers, and executives.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Education: Master’s degree or equivalent experience

The hiring range for this position in CA is $138,900.00 to $186,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
