Head of Supply Chain Management

Head of Supply Chain (North America), NY | $120,000 – $140,000 base salary, plus benefits A fast-growing, international consumer products company is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operations across the North American region. This senior role is responsible for ensuring supply continuity, optimising cost and inventory, and driving service excellence across a diverse and purpose-led portfolio. The successful candidate will bring both strategic thinking and operational rigour, working closely with manufacturing partners, commercial teams, and global functions to enable scalable growth. What You’ll Do: Lead supply chain operations for the North American region, including demand/supply planning, logistics, and inventory management Own and drive the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between supply and commercial teams Optimise performance across distribution, warehousing, and freight Manage third-party suppliers and manufacturing partners for service, quality, and compliance Support new product introductions and market expansions Collaborate with global teams on digital supply chain initiatives and system improvements Lead and develop a lean, high-performing supply chain team What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of supply chain experience, including leadership roles within CPG, FMCG, or healthcare industries Proven success managing regional or multi-market supply chain operations Strong working knowledge of ERP and planning systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) Excellent cross-functional collaboration, supplier management, and problem-solving skills Experience in lean, matrixed environments preferred Exposure to regulated categories or innovation pipelines is a plus
