This is a project-based production supervisor role overseeing the installation, rehearsal, and operation of assigned entertainment venues, including daily supervision and development of cast and crew. The role ensures safety, quality, and the integrity of shows and events, and involves general knowledge of theatrical disciplines, logistical planning, and project management. Lead daily entertainment operations Create and manage detailed cast and crew schedules Input schedules into team management platforms and approve schedule changes Maintain training protocols and SOPs, updating them collaboratively Handle administrative tasks such as budget tracking, rehearsals, production archives, and support with auditions Assist in installation and remounting of show products, ensuring communication with departments Work with cast and crew on technical and safety issues, and maintain show and venue integrity Train, supervise, evaluate, and develop cast and crew, maintaining training records Track and document behaviors, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations Develop safety inspections and procedures, including injury reduction and emergency plans Serve as point-of-contact for internal/external departments and contractors Participate in meetings, monitor schedules, update files, and assist guests as needed Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy at all times Support creative and operational aspects of entertainment offerings Perform other duties as assigned What it takes to succeed:
