We are seeking
Professional Fine Dining
Sous Chef
candidates who will dedicate themselves to this purpose in joining our exceptional culinary team at our Truluck's DC location. Candidates should have at least five (5) years of culinary experience, including preparing culinary products, coaching culinary staff, and working in high-volume environments. The Sous Chef assists the Chef in leading culinary functions, following recipes and systems, and demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and team commitment. Experience in a fine dining steak and seafood kitchen is preferred. We seek enthusiastic chefs with the potential to grow into executive chef roles. Why us?
