What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Prepare and review Audit Reconciliation reports to validate case volumes and ensure revenue capture - Conduct pre-posting reviews and post missed cases identified during audits - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely posting and corrections - Analyze payer claim acknowledgment rejections to implement corrective actions - Assist Revenue Integrity leadership with special projects and ad-hoc tasks

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience - CPC or equivalent certification required or must be obtained within 1 year - Proficiency in auditing and data analysis specific to medical billing - Understanding of revenue cycle management, payer policies, and HIPAA compliance - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Office 365

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Associate degree preferred - Experience in anesthesia billing - Experience in accounts receivable (A/R)
