What You Will Be Doing
Lead impactful, high-trust events to engage and persuade high-net-worth families. Be the face of 2 Hour Learning across multiple media platforms, including podcasts, blogs, videos, and conferences. Ensure quality and credibility in every interaction, from initial interest to follow-up engagement. Craft compelling messages from MAP scores, SAT data, and student achievements. Elevate all public-facing content to meet the high standards of discerning audiences.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Promoting a traditional private school experience with superficial enhancements. Soften the message to appease parental discomfort. Allowing any marketing materials or events to fall short of excellence. Engaging in digital ad management or backend enrollment operations. Taking on roles as a school administrator or curriculum planner.
Senior Advisory Consultant Key Responsibilities
Own and elevate 2 Hour Learning's public voice to drive enrollment and demand by setting a high bar for every story and space we enter.
Basic Requirements
Located in the U.S. with a strong understanding of the education landscape and a vision for improvement. 5+ years in influential public roles such as founder, media host, speaker, or strategic sales lead. Proven ability to influence high-net-worth or executive-level audiences. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards in tone, quality, and content. Adaptability to engage across various stages of content creation and presentation. Dedication to raising the bar for student and school achievements. Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid or in-person setting as needed. U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided).
Nice-to-have Requirements
Experience in high-end education, media, or advocacy sectors. Understanding of gifted/talented, mastery-based, or accelerated learning models.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
