Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills
Proficiency in drafting complex legal documents. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to develop creative solutions for clients. Hybrid work environment with remote work options.
