Manage relationships with core ABM vendors, support onboarding of new solutions, and drive training and enablement for new tools. Account Intelligence & List Management:
Refine and segment account lists in Salesforce and intent tools, leveraging intelligence and sales feedback for continuous improvement.Glean is seeking an innovative and strategic Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager who will be accountable for owning, evolving, and scaling our ABM program. This individual will define and execute targeted campaigns designed to accelerate pipeline, deepen account engagement, and foster customer growth across our priority segments and regions. The right candidate will blend strategic planning and hands-on execution to craft personalized campaigns that build pipeline and drive revenue. This is a highly visible, growth-focused marketing role where creativity, analytical rigor, and organization are key. Success in this position requires exceptional capacity for managing multiple, concurrent campaigns tailored to a diverse portfolio of accounts – demonstrating both outstanding organizational efficiency and the ability to execute at scale. You will: Develop and execute ABM Programs : Build the ABM strategy for Glean’s top verticals and enterprise tiers. Spearhead customized 1:few and 1:1 campaigns across digital, direct mail, executive events, webinars, and content personalization. Cross-functional Campaign Development:
Partner with content, web, and product marketing to deliver compelling content, custom landing pages, targeted email nurtures, and tailored digital experiences mapped to an account’s journey. Sales & Partner Alignment:
Build trusted relationships with Glean’s Sales and Partner teams to develop holistic ABM strategies. Ensure seamless lead hand-off and follow-ups, report on shared metrics, and drive sales and partner enablement to ensure program readiness. Operationalize AI for ABM:
Implement AI agents and workflows to personalize and automate ABM campaigns at scale. Performance Tracking:
Establish KPIs for pipeline creation, account penetration, influence, and opportunity acceleration. Work with Marketing Operations to build dashboards and report program impact, continually optimizing results. Event & Field Integration:
Integrate ABM into the broader marketing calendar. Coordinate executive dinners, panels, and high-touch virtual and in-person events for C-level decision-makers within target accounts, collaborating closely with Field Marketing and Strategic Events. About you: 5+ years B2B marketing experience, with 2+ years specializing in ABM at a SaaS or enterprise technology company Familiarity with account intent, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools (e.g., TechTarget, Postal/Sendoso, Apollo, Marketo, etc.) – bonus points if you’ve used Clay, Warmly, or other AI-powered marketing tools. Demonstrated success designing and executing cross-channel ABM campaigns (digital, email nurtures, events, direct mail) Deep understanding of ABM methodologies and measurement (1:many, 1:few, 1:1) Strong track record driving pipeline and revenue from ABM programs Excellence in project management, organization, and communication Collaborative, resourceful, and data-driven Location: This is a hybrid position based in either our Palo Alto or San Francisco office. Compensation & Benefits: The standard base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
