Manage code deployments, automate infrastructure using Terraform, and support containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker). Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, contribute to root cause analysis, support audits, and ensure compliance with ITSM/ITIL processes. Handle access management, enforce cloud security protocols, create technical documentation, and support internal/external audits and DR drills.
