Why This Role Matters
This position is one of the top three strategic roles identified to take Premier Aquatic Services to the next level. You will build the foundation for training across multiple divisions and ensure every employee, from seasonal hires to leadership, is equipped to perform at a high level.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage onboarding and training systems across all levels. Develop, implement, and track performance-driven training programs for Regional Managers within the first 90 days. Create an onboarding program for seasonal part-time staff to be implemented by February 2026. Establish a scalable training framework including LMS, in-person delivery, and hybrid solutions. Analyze data from performance reports, surveys, and field observations to identify and fix training gaps. Collaborate with department heads and executive leadership to align training goals with business needs. Manage the end-to-end training process needs analysis, content creation, delivery, evaluation, and iteration. Own and optimize reporting systems to track learning outcomes and performance improvements.
Requirements
Experience
3–5 years in a Training & Development leadership role, preferably in a high-growth or seasonal workforce environment Proven success in creating scalable training systems for diverse teams (seasonal, multi-generational, remote/in-person) Experience aligning training programs with company-wide performance goals and operational KPIs
Skills
Instructional design and curriculum development Learning Management System (LMS) implementation and administration Data analytics and training program evaluation Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills Familiarity with AI tools for training content creation and workflow enhancement Proficiency with survey tools, spreadsheets, CRMs, and productivity platforms (Microsoft Office / Google Suite) Comfortable working in a Mac environment
Preferred
Experience in the aquatics, recreation, hospitality, or service industries Background in change management or large-scale training rollouts
