With a focus on maximizing therapeutic outcomes, our dedicated BCBAs work alongside occupational, speech, feeding, physical, and developmental therapy professionals to create a comprehensive approach to pediatric care. Key Responsibilities of a BCBA at Eyas Landing
Implement evidence-based interventions, including applied behavior analysis, behavior modification, and management. Provide
caregiver training ,
case management , and
RBT supervision . Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans. Utilize a compassionate care approach to support the unique needs of neurodivergent children. Educate families and team members to ensure effective strategies are carried out across environments. Schedule and Location
Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM; Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM. Location : 1409 W. Carroll Ave., Chicago, IL. Easily accessible with onsite parking, no travel required. Education and Qualifications
Certified
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Master's degree is required. Experience working with neurodivergent children is preferred but not required. Comprehensive Benefits Package for Eyas Landing BCBAs
