We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic
Senior Manager, Strategic Talent Partner
to support a key business function within a leading company in the
industrial real estate and logistics industry . This role is ideal for a highly effective HR leader who thrives on translating business priorities into integrated people strategies. Acting as the primary HR partner to senior business executives, you’ll drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce planning. Key Responsibilities Lead and implement people strategies across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, performance management, career pathing, succession planning, engagement, compensation, DEI, onboarding/offboarding, and retention. Serve as the strategic interface between business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), ensuring seamless delivery of programs and tools. Drive workforce planning, organization design, and change initiatives that support scalable growth and operational excellence. Use data and storytelling to influence decision-making and provide actionable insights to business leaders. Evaluate and coach leadership capabilities, develop targeted interventions, and build succession pipelines. Champion HR process improvement, automation, and system efficiency while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Handle complex people matters, including employee relations, engagement planning, and performance challenges with discretion and confidence. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 6+ years in an HR Business Partner or strategic talent role 5+ years advising C-level executives and senior leaders Experience supporting large client groups (300+ hourly and salaried employees) Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives across a matrixed organization Strong facilitation, consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills Proven record of managing through ambiguity, scaling HR solutions, and driving sustainable change
