$95,000$115,000 Role Overview: Bubble is seeking a strategic and highly relational Senior Community Manager to lead all facets of our growing community ecosystem spanning brand loyalists, creators, ambassadors, and college reps. This role is both high-touch and high-impact, responsible for building a deeply connected brand community that drives advocacy, awareness, and long-term loyalty. As a key leader on the Community team, youll oversee the strategy, execution, and engagement across multiple community verticals, while managing and mentoring a team of three. Youll bring a thoughtful mix of creative thinking, operational excellence, and relationship-first leadership to everything from grassroots ambassador activations and product mailers to college events and community partnerships. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Influencer, Commercial, PR, Social, and Brand to ensure the Bubble community is integrated into key moments across the business from new product launches to experiential campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Community Strategy & Engagement Own and evolve the vision for Bubbles full community landscape including ambassadors, creators, college reps, and superfans. Develop strategies that foster organic connection, brand advocacy, and long-term community retention. Lead personalized outreach, surprise & delight programs, and tiered engagement plans that keep the community excited and invested. Manage, support, and develop a team of three direct reports across day-to-day execution and long-term strategy. Set clear goals for each program and ensure team accountability through regular check-ins and performance tracking. Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture where ideas and feedback flow freely. College & Campus Marketing Lead the development and execution of all campus marketing programs activating reps at priority schools and shaping regionally relevant campaigns. Build strong relationships with student leaders, organizations, and ambassadors to ensure Bubble remains a culturally relevant brand on college campuses. Oversee rep playbooks, communications, and event planning in collaboration with internal partners. Oversee ambassador segmentation and creator relationship tracking, ensuring each cohort receives tailored communication and opportunities. Partner with the Influencer and Social teams to identify standout creators from within the community for potential brand partnerships or elevated content features. Manage seeding strategies and ambassador product gifting in support of key brand moments. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Campaign Execution Work closely with Creative, Social, and Influencer teams to bring community voices into product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling moments. Brief ambassadors and reps with clear, compelling content direction that inspires authentic, on-brand output. Ensure all community efforts support larger brand initiatives and marketing goals. Reporting & Optimization Maintain weekly and monthly reporting across all community initiatives, including KPIs like engagement, participation, content volume, and sentiment. Use performance insights to inform future planning and optimize programs for scale and impact. Regularly audit tools and processes to ensure community tracking systems are efficient and effective. Who You Are: 5-8 years of experience in community, influencer, or brand marketing within the beauty or consumer space. 2+ years experience managing direct reports, with a proven ability to mentor and grow a team. Deep understanding of Gen Z culture and the beauty content landscape. Exceptionally strong communicator and relationship-builder you thrive in a role where people are at the center.
