$200.00/hr - $200.00/hr Education isn't broken because it's too hard. It's broken because it's too slow.
At 2 Hour Learning, we've reimagined education from first principles. Our students complete comprehensive academic coursework in just two hours daily, achieving MAP scores in the top 1% and SAT scores above 1450. The remaining hours? They're invested in real-world skill development, passion projects, and actually living life.
This isn't about shortcuts. It's about intensity, focus, and refusing to accept mediocrity as the ceiling. Our microschools leverage AI tutors and mastery-based progression to eliminate the inefficiencies that plague traditional education. We don't celebrate participation—we celebrate excellence.
If you believe children deserve to be challenged rather than coddled, if you've been waiting for an educational model that prizes results over rhetoric, we need your voice.
As our Communications Manager, you'll become the public ambassador for our educational revolution. You'll command rooms filled with discerning, high-net-worth families across 25+ U.S. cities. You'll craft our narrative across podcasts, press appearances, and written content. Every external touchpoint—from live events to digital presence—will bear your imprint.
While marketing and PR teams will support your efforts, you'll own the quality and conviction behind every message. You'll occasionally dive deeper into the enrollment journey, guiding prospective families through decision points and ensuring our message remains uncompromised at every stage.
Ready to dismantle educational complacency? This role is your megaphone.
What You Will Be Doing
Orchestrating high-impact events that convert skeptical, high-net-worth families into passionate 2HL advocates Becoming the face and voice of 2HL across media channels—from podcast interviews to conference keynotes Providing strategic communication support throughout the enrollment journey when premium messaging is critical Transforming academic achievement data into compelling narratives that resonate with ambitious parents Elevating all external content to meet the sophisticated expectations of our target audience Establishing and maintaining an uncompromising standard of excellence across all communication channels
What You Won’t Be Doing
Pitching a marginally improved version of traditional education with technological window dressing Diluting our message to accommodate educational orthodoxy or parental comfort zones Tolerating mediocrity in any public-facing materials—you're the guardian of our standards Managing technical marketing operations like digital ad campaigns or enrollment system administration Handling day-to-day school operations or curriculum development
Communications Manager Key Responsibilities
Catalyze enrollment growth by crafting and delivering 2 Hour Learning's distinctive voice across all platforms, establishing an uncompromising standard for every interaction, presentation, and piece of content that represents our revolutionary approach to education.
Basic Requirements
U.S. resident with comprehensive knowledge of the educational landscape and a bold vision for its transformation Minimum 5 years' experience in high-stakes communication roles (entrepreneurial leadership, media personality, professional speaking, or elite sales) Demonstrated success influencing sophisticated audiences, particularly high-net-worth individuals and executives Unwavering commitment to quality standards, with proven ability to maintain message integrity even when facing internal pressure Adaptability to engage effectively across the entire customer journey, not limited to single communication formats Personal alignment with our mission to dramatically elevate educational expectations and outcomes Availability for up to 50% travel with flexibility for hybrid or in-person work arrangements Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (we cannot provide visa sponsorship)
Nice-to-have Requirements
Background in premium educational environments, media production, or advocacy for educational reform Practical knowledge of accelerated learning methodologies, gifted education, or mastery-based instructional models
