Job Description:
Harmonize and integrate structured and unstructured clinical data Develop and validate state of the art and explainable predictive deep learning models Develop computable phenotypes through NLP Document technical workflows and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Expected Salary: $20/hr
Required Qualifications:
Proficient in Python programming; knowledge of R is a plus. Understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, with proficiency in using the PyTorch framework. Strong understanding of NLP and transformer-based language models (e.g., LLaMA). Knowledge of LLM prompting techniques. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
Preferred:
Hands-on experience with NLP. Experience developing prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based applications. Background in healthcare, clinical informatics, or biomedical data applications. Familiarity with federated learning techniques. Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
