Summary: The Product Marketing Manager will serve as the consumer advocate, driving cohesive and strategic storytelling across our product funnel. This role requires leadership skills to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration in developing comprehensive marketing plans. Required Skills: Responsibilities: Apply analytical rigor, understand audience dynamics, and leverage brand and product knowledge to deliver impactful marketing plans. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Insights to translate business objectives into marketing strategies supporting the roadmap. Deliver cross-channel marketing programs including strategy, execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting. Develop an understanding of audience personas, mindsets, attitudes, values, and behaviors across products and industries. Create briefs to reach target audiences and achieve business goals. Craft value propositions and messaging frameworks based on audience insights to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Partner with teams such as International Marketing, Insights, Social, Influencer, Communications, Creative, Media, Growth Marketing, and Product Management to identify opportunities and execute integrated campaigns. Track campaign performance to provide data-driven insights for optimization and identifying new opportunities. Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of experience managing and executing large-scale consumer campaigns and long-term brand building across diverse media channels, delivering measurable results. Experience utilizing consumer research and data to develop actionable marketing strategies. Proven experience working with media and creative agencies. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring seamless launch and high impact. Experience in consumer technology, wearables, AR/VR, and related categories. Experience in brand building and executing insights-driven marketing plans that resonate emotionally. Proven success in driving customer acquisition and revenue through digital and traditional media strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in luxury consumer products, wearables, or leading consumer brands. E-commerce and retail experience, especially in consumer electronics. Experience managing multiple campaigns and collaborating across teams. Experience driving Go-To-Market strategies in electronics. Knowledge of diverse social and business environments. Proven ability to manage and grow high-value partnerships in luxury or premium sectors. Compensation: Annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $211,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Industry:
