This is a lead trial attorney position, not a second chair position. You will handle your own caseload including filing lawsuits, taking and defending depositions, negotiating at mediation and ultimately trying your case to a jury. Responsibilities Handle a docket of approximately 75 cases in litigation. You will work with 2 Paralegals to move your cases to conclusion. Qualifications Prior trial experience is required. We will consider 2nd chair experience. A strong desire to help people through personal injury law. A strong desire to improve your skills as a trial attorney. Salary plus performance bonus. This is negotiable based on your experience. We are a mostly remote litigation team. We call it "come and go as you please." We have two team meetings weekly that are held in our Austin office to discuss cases and strategy. Seniority level
