Our client, a leading Biomedical organization, is seeking a skilled Inventory Coordinator to join their team in Middlesex County, NJ!
Pay rate:
$19.62/ hr. Location:

Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of all finished goods, including HCT/P and medical devices. Oversee transfers for FG/ITDC, rework processes, and review/rejection of products. Conduct quarterly inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies. Ensure timely movement of tissue for special requests and maintain optimal inventory levels. Verify accuracy and quality of received tissue. Pull inventory as required for processing. Manage packaging tasks and schedule irradiation processes. Keep up-to-date storage logs for all HCT/Ps and medical devices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, refrigerators, and freezers. Be available to work extended hours and weekends during peak times.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years in warehousing or inventory management. Investigative and problem-solving mindset Self-motivated and professional demeanor Effective communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in inventory systems and databases Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
