What You'll Do

As a Logistics Specialist, you'll be at the heart of operations - ensuring that vital components are received, inspected, and moved accurately through a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Your attention to detail and proactive mindset will directly support cutting-edge manufacturing and launch projects.

Core Responsibilities:

Collaborate & Communicate:

Take part in daily and weekly team huddles, brainstorm to solve real-time problems, and stay aligned on operational goals. Own the Workflow:

From receiving and inspecting high-value aerospace parts to packaging, labeling, and documenting their movement - you'll be hands-on in ensuring each step flows seamlessly. Drive Quality:

Follow and uphold quality standards at every step - flagging defects, solving problems, and escalating issues that could affect production or timelines. Support Continuous Improvement:

You'll be encouraged to identify process bottlenecks and contribute to building better, smarter systems. Operate Material Handling Equipment:

Move heavy and sensitive parts with care and precision throughout the facility. Perform Audits & Data Entry:

Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system, audit parts and locations, and ensure traceability through the supply chain. What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree or technical certifications preferred) 2+ years in a fulfillment or logistics environment with inventory and receiving experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Solid math and analytical skills Familiarity with interpreting technical documents like BOMs, part drawings, or specs Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle materials with care U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required Preferred Skills:

Degree or certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS standards Experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environments Why Join Us?
