Qualifications
Required Experience: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 10 years of relevant experience Reports to designated work location in Boulder, CO, full-time based on customer needs We offer a competitive total compensation package including base pay, variable incentives, and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, and paid time off. Salaries are commensurate with experience, with a pay range of $140k-$170k.
Responsibilities
We seek a qualified Infrastructure Team Lead to organize, plan, and lead our infrastructure teams. This role will manage IT Network Support resources, serve as the programmatic knowledge owner, support government IT operations, and oversee IT asset management, including procurement, setup, repairs, upgrades, and disposal. Key duties include: Leading daily IT infrastructure operations supporting the BGIF BOSS contract. Overseeing configuration management, change control, and documentation compliance. Managing configuration databases for hardware and software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with AFMAN 33-153. Ensuring software licensing and inventory data are current. Reviewing communication system requirements and ensuring interoperability. Participating in planning forums and meetings to stay informed on resources and policies. This position is contingent upon funding approval.
