We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with test experience, including testing, installing circuit card assemblies, troubleshooting, identifying components and suppliers, developing tests, and writing procedures. The ideal candidate will be proficient in test engineering and troubleshooting, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Essential Functions
Serve as Test Engineer supporting development, integration, and operational testing of flight test instrumentation and shipboard systems. Test, investigate failures, troubleshoot, and repair circuit card assemblies. Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports. Document and monitor test results. Analyze and select components to meet system requirements. Coordinate with suppliers and interface with engineering teams. Develop installation and checkout procedures for test systems. Participate in customer reviews and documentation. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 2 years, or 8 years of experience without a degree. Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance. Minimum 4 years of direct experience as a Test Engineer. Preferred Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of testing techniques and quality standards. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret technical drawings. Additional Requirements
Applicants must pass a security investigation and be U.S. citizens eligible for a security clearance. Salary range: $90,500 - $168,500, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), flexible spending, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
