We seek a strategic and experienced

Senior Manager of Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

to lead and expand our global ABM efforts. Reporting to the VP of Global Demand Marketing, this role involves owning the ABM strategy, impacting pipeline growth, and partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to execute programs. The ideal candidate is data-driven and passionate about delivering targeted, high-impact experiences to enterprise accounts. Your Mission

Develop and execute a multi-tiered ABM program for key enterprise segments and verticals Create a scalable ABM program roadmap aligned with pipeline and sales goals Co-manage demand generation for ABM, including inbound and outbound efforts across product lines Implement an account-first marketing mix to engage buying committees throughout the customer lifecycle Gather deep buyer insights on pain points, personas, buying groups, and technographics Collaborate with content, digital, product, and field marketing teams to create campaigns and events targeted for ABM Manage ABM budgets focusing on efficiency metrics such as CAC, MQLs, SQOs, and pipeline Align with sales leadership on account prioritization, enablement, and joint campaigns Utilize market signals and intent data for proactive cross-team alignment on messaging and launches Report and analyze ABM performance using platforms like 6sense and Salesforce You Are

8–10+ years in SaaS marketing, with at least 5 years in ABM roles Proven success in building scalable ABM programs with measurable impact Proficient with ABM tools such as 6sense, Salesforce, and content platforms Experienced in presenting to executives and translating data into insights Skilled at managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment Strategic with a hands-on, action-oriented approach Thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects Note: For candidates in certain states, the salary range is $139,050 — $208,575 USD, with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
