IFS specializes in fund accounting, administration, and risk services for Hedge Funds and Private Market Funds, providing comprehensive end-to-end solutions across front-, middle-, and back-office functions. Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of financial services professionals delivering accounting and administrative services for multiple alternative investment clients. Oversee income allocation, management and incentive fee calculations, and processing capital events such as capital calls and distributions. Handle portfolio and fund-level accounting, including review and approval of net asset value reports. Lead onboarding of new client funds and the launch of new funds. Ensure client satisfaction, compliance with internal policies, and external regulations. Design technology solutions for complex reporting and data needs. Identify cross-sell opportunities and participate in strategic initiatives to improve processes. Recruit, develop, and motivate staff to achieve their full potential. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 5-6 years of experience in Private Markets, with knowledge of alternative investment asset classes and fund structures. Strong communication, management, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and effective time management. CPA qualification and experience with Investran or Geneva are advantageous but not required. Why Join Us
