The
Senior Photographer, Global Content Factory
is a key member of the Creative team responsible for leading photography for product and marketing deliverables, including footwear, apparel, and campaigns. This role upholds New Balance’s visual identity by ensuring all imagery meets high standards. The position supports a team of photographers, collaborating with stylists, DigiTechs, retouchers, art directors, and lighting teams. This role reports to the
Creative Manager, Global Content Factory
and requires in-studio work five days a week. Major Accountabilities: Lead photography and lighting for marketing campaigns Support and mentor photographers on creative and technical skills Coordinate weekly schedules with the Creative Manager Manage project briefs and shot lists, answer related questions Lead marketing shoots, apparel sets, and athlete sessions Conduct bi-weekly 1:1s to review workloads and goals Ensure timely shoot starts and high workflow standards Develop photography concepts for marketing briefs Oversee PDP footwear shoots and asset reviews Maintain photography processes and documentation Organize props, sets, and backgrounds Partner with Operations for studio equipment needs Requirements for Success: 5–7 years of product photography with a strong portfolio Expertise in studio lighting, camera systems, advanced techniques At least 4 years in a corporate studio environment Proficiency in Capture One and Adobe Photoshop Experience in e-commerce or retail photography preferred Ability to adapt between fast shoots and campaigns Passion for quality and innovation Proactive idea and solution suggestions In-studio presence five days a week Benefits & Work Culture:
