Submit . Job Summary:

Provides counsel and advice on a wide range of transactional real estate health care-related matters, including leases, licenses, estoppel certificates, SDNAs, easements, and related documents, and assesses legal risk impacting KP business and/or clinical operations, proposing solutions. Serves as subject matter expert on real estate matters. Negotiates agreements, conducts legal research, interprets laws and regulations, and analyzes judicial decisions by applying advanced legal knowledge. Prepares, reviews, and provides actionable feedback on training materials and legal documents.

Essential Responsibilities:

Manages business-specific projects applying deep expertise; ensures procedure adherence; partners internally and externally; solves complex problems; escalates issues; develops work plans; recognizes improvement opportunities. Participates in creation, review, and negotiation of legal documents; prepares and leads discussions on complex legal advice and contracts; reviews work of others; acts as primary contact for clients and legal professionals. Performs legal research by reviewing legal documents, case law, and regulations; identifies industry trends; communicates insights to stakeholders for strategic decisions. Assesses legal risks and provides guidance by applying legal principles; collaborates with counsel; guides junior attorneys; develops legal strategies; mitigates risks; supports organizational strategy.
