This role is based in
San Francisco
and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

Were the team behind the scenes helping build Patreon by finding awesome people who are passionate about supporting creators. From first outreach to final offer, we aim to create a thoughtful, inclusive, and human hiring experience. About the Role :
Partner closely with recruiters and technical leadership to drive sourcing strategy for key roles across Engineering, Product, and Design Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand talent needs, align on role priorities, and shape effective sourcing strategies Craft thoughtful, personalized candidate outreach messages to engage passive talent and spark interest in Patreon's mission Serve as primary contact for candidates during the early stages of recruiting process, ensuring a high-touch and inclusive candidate experience Continuously evaluate sourcing processes to deliver top-quality candidates
About You:
2+ years of sourcing for technical roles in high-growth startup environments Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other technical forums Skilled at building creative and scalable sourcing strategies that deliver a consistent and diverse pipeline Comfortable partnering with internal stakeholders to influence hiring decisions and communicate sourcing insights Passionate about empowering the creator economy and Patreon's mission Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to change, and a quick learner in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Patreon operates under a hybrid work model, where employees based in office locations are expected to come into the office two days per week, excluding sick time and paid leave. At Patreon, we believe in fair and transparent pay. In compliance with New York and California pay transparency laws, we are sharing the expected salary range for this role.
The posted salary range is dependent on the location and the level. This range may encompass multiple levels within the roles job family. The final offer will be based on candidates experience, skills, competencies, and geographic location, aligning with the appropriate job level within Patreons leveling framework. For remote employees located outside CA and NY, salary may vary based on location and local market conditions.
