We specialize in Agile Transformation, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Analytics/AI, Program Management, Product Management, and Cybersecurity across industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Utilities, Retail, and Technology. Role Overview We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Client Services to lead business development across the Southeast region, including Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston, Atlanta, Miami, and Tampa. This role focuses on expanding our client base, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored staffing and consulting solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition and strategic account growth in mid-market and enterprise segments. Build and manage a robust pipeline of consulting, managed services, and staffing opportunities. Engage C-level and senior decision-makers through in-person meetings, presentations, and networking. Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery. Represent Summit Tech at industry events and conferences. Qualifications 7–10 years of experience in staffing/consulting sales, with a proven track record in Fortune 100 accounts. Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Agile, Cloud). Strong network of qualified buyers and decision-makers. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in social media marketing, especially LinkedIn. Demonstrated success in strategic selling and account penetration.
